What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, analyze, and resolve employment-related issues and concerns
- Process new hire information and ensure accurate documentation in the HRIS database
- Provide employees with information regarding policies, benefits, and HR programs
- Participate in internal investigations in collaboration with leadership and HR teams
- Conduct in-house compliance and HR-related training sessions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources or a closely related field of study
- Minimum of 3 years prior experience working in human resources, with a strong background in employee relations
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, regulations, and HR best practices
- Proven ability to handle complex employee relations issues confidentially and objectively
- Well-versed in the use of relevant technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and HR software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Currently licensed or in the process of obtaining a human resources credential
- Prior experience working in the education industry
- Highly proficient in reading, writing, analyzing, and interpreting detailed reports
- History of success building credibility and collaborating across all organizational levels
- Knowledge of online recruiting platforms
