What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide HR support for assigned operational teams, including performance management and employee relations
- Address employee concerns and ensure accurate documentation of issues
- Conduct investigations and document warnings in collaboration with the Employee Relations Manager
- Review and update policies and procedures for continuous improvement
- Assist the recruiting team with job descriptions and staffing requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in employee relations and progressive discipline
- Knowledge of employment/labor laws and common HR policies and procedures
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Service Contract Act and Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Government contracting industry experience
- PHR or SHRM Certification
