What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with benefits administration and conduct quality audits on benefit-related data
- Facilitate new-hire onboarding and orientation, including I-9 verifications
- Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and triage the HR email inbox
- Maintain accurate human resource files and documentation while ensuring confidentiality
- Support HR team projects and keep processes up to date regarding changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
- Broad knowledge of Human Resources, including expertise in benefits programs and regulatory compliance
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to new processes
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with limited supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- SHRM-CP or equivalent certification
- Experience with multi-state employment and familiarity with tools like G-Suite, Paylocity, and Monday.com
- Project management and multitasking experience
- Compassionate demeanor with strong ethics and professional integrity
