What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer and execute human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition
- Oversee the new hire onboarding process and employee orientation program
- Maintain HRIS records and manage employee files and documentation
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights on trends to senior management
- Offer guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience
- Proficiency in HR systems; Workday experience preferred
- Strong understanding of labor and employment law and employee relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional certification in Human Resources
- Experience with project management and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation
