      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs and reviewing resumes
      - Help coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes
      - Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and the preparation of HR-related documents
      - Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
      - Conduct research on HR best practices and stay updated on labor laws and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current rising junior or senior in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program, majoring in HR, Psychology, Business, or a similar field
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Basic knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
