What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct a thorough assessment of current employee recognition programs, analyzing feedback and participation data
- Research industry best practices on employee recognition strategies
- Create a recommendation for a company-wide internal recognition program
- Present findings and proposals to the HR team, along with an implementation plan
- Attend weekly intern program learning sessions and participate in HR team meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least a Junior pursuing a degree in human resources, organizational development, industrial psychology, marketing, business, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience conducting research and making decisions based on that research
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Applicable experience that includes attention to detail and critical thinking
- Experience working with diverse individuals in remote formats
- Effective presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office technology, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
