- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex large data sets.

Conducting data testing, auditing and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement across HR processes.
- Develop correlating output for business leaders by using graphs or other visualization methods.

Brand Refresher and Awareness Program development to develop strong talent pipeline.

Process flow improvement and automation; and systems optimization across the recruitment lifecycle.

Provide guidance and implementation assistance of HR programs, policies, practices, systems and strategies
- Partner effectively across the broader HR organization to deliver high quality, seamlessly integrated operational HR support for the business
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Junior, Senior or Graduate level students
- Enrolled in a 4-year Human Resources Management or Industrial and Labor Relations Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with process improvement strategies
- Ability analyze large amounts of data and report on findings
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent resident status (no H1B)

Position Summary:
2024 Internship Program – 12 weeks
Starts May 28th - August 16th, 2024 (must be an active student enrolled in Graduate or Under Graduate Program)
