We are now looking for Human Resources Interns to join our team for Summer 2024 internships! We are seeking creative, strategic, ambitious individuals who are interested in gaining hands-on experience, investing in training & development, and will value exposure to leadership from some of the best HR professionals in the world. Throughout the 12-week internship, students will work on projects that have a measurable impact on our business on key HR teams including Compensation, HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Operations, and more.

What you will be doing:

• You’ll complete various meaningful, high-impact projects, designed to enhance your future career in HR and deliver immediate value to the NVIDIA HR team

• Work may include elements of compensation analysis, market research, recruiting market analysis, people analytics, talent management, business partner success and recommendations and more

• Present your final recommendations to the Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT) at the end of your internship

• All project are designed to deepen your knowledge within key HR functions and to prepare you for a strategic, impactful career in this field

• Participate in a variety of events with your fellow interns in HR and at the company level, including executive and technical talks, mentor meetings, social and cultural events and more

What we need to see:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree

• Technical competence and ability to navigate MS Office applications and HR related tools

• Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills, excel at project planning, and possess the ability to function in a very fast-paced and innovative environment

• Have a strong interest in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or other HR related function

The hourly rate for our interns is 19 USD - 93 USD. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
