What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead designated HR projects to research, propose ideas, and present final recommendations
- Provide support across various HR areas for day-to-day activities, including recruitment coordination

- Coordinate summer internship program activities and serve as a point person for interns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a senior undergraduate with a focus in HR or a Master's student in HR/MSHRM
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
