      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as an advisor and support to management in developing and implementing HR strategies
      - Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leadership, including coaching and counseling
      - Conduct workplace investigations and consult on workforce planning strategies
      - Analyze employee engagement data and partner with leadership to improve company culture
      - Assist in legal compliance and support labor relations activities as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A minimum of four (4) years of human resource experience
      - Two years of experience developing and implementing successful HR strategies
      - Working knowledge of human resource disciplines, including employee relations and performance management
      - Two years of labor relations experience, including grievance handling
      - HS Diploma or GED required; BA in HR Management or related field preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a leadership HR role across multiple sites or states
      - Human Resources certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
      - Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday
      - Strong relationship management and strategic consulting skills
      - Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
