      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as an advisor and support to management in developing human resource strategies that align with organizational needs
      - Provide performance management guidance to management, including coaching, counseling, and corrective actions
      - Conduct workplace investigations and manage employee relations issues to improve morale and productivity
      - Partner with HR centers of expertise to develop workforce plans and strategies
      - Analyze employee engagement data and collaborate with leadership to create action plans that enhance company culture

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of four (4) years of human resource experience
      - Two years of experience in developing and implementing successful HR strategies
      - Knowledge of human resource disciplines including compensation practices, employee relations, and federal/state employment laws
      - Two years of labor relations experience, including grievance handling and conflict resolution
      - High School Diploma or GED required; BA in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience providing HR leadership across multiple sites or states
      - Human Resources certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
      - Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as Workday
      - Strong relationship management and strategic HR consulting skills
      - Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
