What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an advisor and support to management in developing human resource strategies
- Provide daily performance management guidance to leadership teams
- Conduct workplace investigations and assist in employee relations issues
- Analyze employee engagement data and collaborate on action plans to enhance company culture
- Support leaders through change management processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of four (4) years of human resource experience
- Two years of experience developing and implementing HR strategies
- Knowledge of human resource disciplines including compensation practices and employee relations
- Two years of labor relations experience, including grievance handling
- High School Diploma or GED; BA in HR Management or related field preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience providing HR leadership for multiple sites or states
- Human Resources certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as Workday
- Strong relationship management and strategic HR consulting skills
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
