What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support a specific operational client group of leaders and employees in a field HR role
- Analyze organizational business plans and develop strategic HR direction
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management
- Conduct workplace investigations and assist with employee relations issues
- Collaborate with leadership to develop employee engagement action plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of four (4) years of Human Resource experience
- Two years of experience developing and implementing successful HR strategies
- Working knowledge of human resource disciplines, including compensation practices and employment laws
- Two years of labor relations experience, including grievance handling
- HS Diploma or GED required; BA in HR Management or related field preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience providing HR leadership for multiple sites and/or states
- Human Resources certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
