What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an advisor and support to management in strategic HR planning and development
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leadership, including coaching and counseling
- Conduct workplace investigations and manage employee relations issues
- Analyze employee engagement data and partner with leadership to enhance company culture
- Collaborate with Labor Relations team on communication, grievances, and negotiations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of four (4) years of Human Resource experience
- Two years of experience developing and implementing successful HR strategies
- Working knowledge of human resource disciplines, including performance management and employment laws
- Two years of labor relations experience, including grievance handling
- High School Diploma or GED; BA in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience providing HR leadership for multiple sites and/or states
- Human Resources certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as Workday
