What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and sourcing candidates
- Collaborate with HR Director and departmental managers to understand required skills and competencies for job openings
- Manage the onboarding process by sending offer letters and acquiring pre-onboarding documentation
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and EEO compliance reports
- Develop a recruitment pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards and networking
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree and/or equivalent work experience (at least 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for building relationships with external organizations
- Experience in database management and spreadsheet software, including report construction and data analysis
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Go-getter mentality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Familiarity with creative advertising and recruitment marketing strategies
- Background in attending job fairs and networking within professional societies
