What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate candidate background checks and ensure timely completion of screening processes
- Enter accurate information into agency background systems for onboarding
- Maintain organized new hire packets and screening documentation
- Assist in preparing for corporate audits and respond to auditor requests
- Provide information and referrals to agency and community services for callers and visitors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in Human Resources and/or recruiting
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication, time management, and organization skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in transactional activities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College coursework or training in human resources and/or business
- Experience with HRIS Systems (Workday)
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
