What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise on integrating effective HR processes and programs into daily operations
- Communicate and consult with hiring officials on HR-related topics
- Develop and classify positions, applying OPM standards and criteria
- Conduct comprehensive studies related to position classification and occupational standards
- Provide training and advisory services on organization design and position management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience/certifications
- 2 to 5 years of federal HR experience in Classification and Position Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Requires Delegated Examining (DE) Certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security access and background checks
