Job Description

- Manage payroll independently for assigned EMEA countries (including Belgium) in collaboration with external payroll providers.
- Employee benefits and group insurance administration, including enrollments, terminations, billing, and changes.
- Stay informed and advise on local labor law and compliance topics.
- Participate in salary surveys and compensation benchmarking.
- Provide accurate HR reporting to internal departments, government agencies, and insurers.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel files and ensure data accuracy in Workday (HRIS).
- Advise managers on legal, social, and fiscal HR matters.
- Recruit temporary workers in coordination with temp agencies and internal department needs.
- Handle weekly administration for temporary workers in partnership with staffing agencies.
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees and ensure a welcoming, efficient start.
- Contribute to (global) HR projects.
- Challenge and improve existing HR processes for greater efficiency and impact.
- Degree in Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with E-Blox and Workday (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
Strong communication and organizational skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Fluency in Dutch and English. Any other language is a plus.

What You Will Do at Graco
As the HR contact for EMEA employees, you will manage all HR-related matters, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding. Supporting both white- and blue-collar employees, you will collaborate closely with managers in Belgium and the US headquarters to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
