What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build flexible automations using coding languages, including Python
- Create data pipelines, system integrations, and dynamic business intelligence reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance HR processes and systems
- Serve as the primary contact for resolving complex issues across multiple systems
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure the accuracy and security of HR data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of technology infrastructure experience or experience with technology applications in business operations
- Strong understanding of building code-based cloud automations and system integrations
- Experience using APIs, Power Platform applications, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of technology infrastructure experience or experience with technology applications in business operations
- Experience with enterprise human capital management systems
- Knowledge of federal and state U.S. compliance requirements
- Familiarity with common policies and procedures across human resources functions
- Experience working at a company with 500 to 2000 employees
