This is a 100% outside sales role where you meet with pre-qualified customers in their homes to offer heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions. Our team sets the appointments—you show up, build trust, and close the deal. It’s that simple.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• In-home sales experience (HVAC, solar, roofing, pest control, security, etc.)

• Proven closer with strong customer communication skills

• Comfortable working evenings and weekends when needed

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Able to pass a background check and drug screen

• Willingness to work in attics, basements, crawlspaces as needed
