HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be joining a reputable HVAC and plumbing company based in Knightdale, NC, serving the greater Raleigh area. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work independently while representing the company with professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot air conditioners, gas furnaces, and heat pumps.
- Perform service, repair, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and recommended solutions.
- Maintain service records and operate a company-provided vehicle responsibly.
- Uphold safety and quality standards while working in the field.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of HVAC experience in residential or light commercial environments.
- EPA and NATE certifications are required.
- Proven ability to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioners, gas pumps, and heat pumps.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid NC driver"s license and clean driving record.
