Pay: $35 - $45/hour plus spiffs and commission!
Responsibilities for the HVAC Service Technician:
Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, and teams
Repair air conditioning, heating, and control systems
Provide preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems
Build strong customer relationships
Perform timely and quality repairs
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC components
Keep company truck and inventory updated
Complete paperwork and maintain a professional appearance
Educate customers on finance options and maintenance plans
Requirements for the HVAC Service Technician:
3-5 years residential HVAC experience
EPA certified and/or Type 3 highly preferred
Brazing Certification a PLUS!
OSHA or NATE Certified a PLUS!
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces
Able to lift 75 pounds
Clean driving record
Pass background check
