What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect for new customers and qualify opportunities to drive growth in the customer base
- Act as a product expert, advising customers on best practices for lone worker solutions
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for deploying lone worker products
- Conduct demonstrations of products and ensure smooth onboarding for new customers
- Train and educate sales team members on new product features and offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a sales role, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand customer pain points
- Persuasion and presentation skills, capable of communicating effectively across an organization
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Resilience, self-motivation, and adaptability to changes in roles and responsibilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with SHEQSY or similar lone worker solutions
- Experience conducting group training sessions or presentations
- Previous involvement in community engagement or open-source projects
