What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct client programs and manage staff implementation of ABA services
- Supervise Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors
- Conduct observations and assessments, developing individualized treatment plans for clients
- Communicate frequently with families, teachers, and staff about client needs and progress
- Deliver training to parents, professionals, and staff, while assisting with clinical or operational projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- MA degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation, valid state driver's license, and automobile insurance
- Ability to occasionally work longer than 8 hours/day (applies to full-time roles)

- Experience in providing mentorship to Behavior Therapists or similar roles
- Familiarity with the latest ABA techniques and methodologies
