      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the initial point of contact for all incoming support inquiries, triaging and resolving tier 1 issues
      - Document troubleshooting processes in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate records
      - Manage an average of 5-7 tickets and handle 16-18 calls per day
      - Provide technical support for remote users, including application support and VPN configuration
      - Maintain user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, managing permissions and access

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - CompTIA A+ or equivalent certifications
      - Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
      - 1-3 years of experience working as a Support Technician or in a similar role at a Managed Services Provider
      - 1+ years of experience working on-site with end users
      - Must possess a personal vehicle for travel to client locations in Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with software as a service (SaaS) and software hosting protocols
      - Knowledge of computer hardware and networking
      - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
      - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
      - Familiarity with troubleshooting various printer functions and network connectivity issues
