What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle and resolve email requests from clients and interpreters related to scheduling as the first point of contact
- Assist in answering client and interpreter calls when needed
- Efficiently input data and maintain accurate database information
- Perform additional duties as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager
- Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
