Qualification Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of managing and supporting Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
- Experience with identity management, directory services, and security best practices.
- Excellent skill in researching and finding solutions quickly and effectively.
- Experience in independently tracking and resolving incidents via ticket queue.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Excellent team collaboration skills with IT and non-IT personnel.
- Ability to adhere to maintenance windows and change control procedures.
- Self-motivated to take ownership of projects and tasks.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task between multiple tasks, projects, and multiple customer requirements.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated knowledge in Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and Group Policy.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SC-300 Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator; Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
