      Job Description

      The Azure AD/Entra ID Administrator is responsible for managing and administering Azure Active Directory and related identity and access management systems. The role is for HCI Server Operations area and has as main responsibilities the managing and securing the identity and access management (IAM) environment using Microsoft Entra ID for our HCI customers in scope. Also, it involves collaboration with cross-functional teams including assistance and troubleshooting for all Azure AD/Entra ID related cases.

      Job Responsibilities:
      • Manage, and maintain Entra ID (Microsoft Entra ID), ensuring seamless integration with on-premises Active Directory.
      • Administer Active Directory including user accounts, groups, OUs, Domain Controllers, Sites/Services, and GPOs.
      • Administer Azure/Entra ID including user accounts, groups.
      • Monitor and troubleshoot directory services, ensuring high availability and performance.
      • Perform server management duties including patching and troubleshooting.
      • Assist with migrations, upgrades, and other projects related to directory services and identity management.
      • Prioritize assigned tasks and manage workload efficiently.
      • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.


      Job Requirements:

      Qualification Requirements
      • Strong ability to administer on-premises Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID.
      • Experience with identity management, directory services, and security best practices.
      • Ability to troubleshoot and investigate Windows Server and Entra authentication issues.
      • Excellent skill in researching and finding solutions quickly and effectively.
      • Experience in independently tracking and resolving incidents via ticket queue.
      • Excellent written and communication skills.
      • Excellent team collaboration skills with IT and non-IT personnel.
      • Ability to adhere to maintenance windows and change control procedures.
      • Self-motivated to take ownership of projects and tasks.
      • Ability to prioritize and multi-task between multiple tasks, projects, and multiple customer requirements.

      Education and Experience:
      • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
      • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated knowledge in Active Directory (on-prem) and EntraID (formerly Azure AD).
      • Relevant certifications (e.g., SC-300 Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator; Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
