Identity Access Management (IAM) Provisioning Analyst

Be responsible for provisioning of system and user access, providing support and guidance in the management and execution of the following tasks:
Execution and fulfilment of IAM Provisioning service requests
Provide 1st Line Technical Support for IAM Provisioning incidents and Escalations.
Take responsibility for your daily workload to ensure that service requests are managed and fulfilled within agreed SLA’s.
Support access requests and Governance compliance for the following:
Active Directory environments
Azure and AWS, access controls and permissions
In-house and vendor applications
Build and collaborate with wider IAM and Service Desk teams to improve knowledge management and working practices.
Provide guidance and support to service teams and suppliers to enable effective implementation of agreed IAM operational processes, including the transition of service request fulfilment to other operational/supply led teams.
Contribute to the development and automation of IAM operational processes and tools with a focus on cost and process efficiency and identify opportunities for improving service operations processes to drive cost and process efficiencies.
As a member of the wider Production Operations team, support operational priorities and assist other teams across the department.

We are looking to hire an Identity Access Management ( IAM) Operations Provisioning Analyst to work within the IAM Provisioning Team as a system and user access provisioning Analyst, delivering Identity and Access Management services to the DLG business and its integrated supply chain. The role holder will be responsible for the execution, fulfilment, and continuous improvement of IAM Operations Provisioning tasks in line with strategy, processes within the team.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, hybrid module role with two days a week in our London or Birmingham office visits.
What you will do:
From time-to-time non-standard hours of work will be required to meet significant operational workload across Service Control E.g. Incidents or complex releases into the live environment
