What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct legal and public policy research on child protection issues
- Assist in writing and editing publications, reports, and white papers
- Support grant research and identification for funding opportunities
- Assist in expanding the Global Missing Children’s Network into the Middle East
- Develop institutional relationships with government entities and universities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Available to work 12 to 15 weeks during the Fall or Spring semesters, or 8 to 12 weeks during the Summer
- Undergo background checks
- Completed undergraduate studies (working towards a Master’s or Juris Doctorate degree preferred)
- Impeccable writing, editing, and communication skills in Arabic and English
- Completed at least three years of undergraduate studies in relevant fields
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluent in a third language, such as French
- Graduate school experience in related fields
