      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute IAM projects that support the employer's IAM strategy, focusing on implementing workflows
      - Merge and federate multiple Okta instances to streamline processes
      - Improve onboarding, offboarding, and identity lifecycle workflows
      - Automate provisioning workflows for access requests using service management tools
      - Mentor team members and provide knowledge transfer to enhance team capabilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management and information security
      - Deep understanding of security principles with a proven track record in large-scale IAM projects
      - Expert-level experience with IAM products such as Okta, AWS, and Azure AD
      - Proficiency in automating identity workflows and in security protocols like OAuth and SAML
      - Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive security initiatives

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Expertise in programming languages relevant to IAM products (e.g., Java, C++, Python)
      - Experience acting as a Business Systems Analyst to articulate requirements and use cases
