What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first and second-line support for the IFS ERP system, troubleshooting user issues and system errors
- Monitor system performance and health, addressing potential issues proactively
- Act as a point of contact for end-user support, guiding users and resolving inquiries related to IFS applications
- Log and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests
- Assist in managing data integrity and generate reports to support business operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 3 or more years' experience with IFS 10 or IFS Cloud required
- 3 or more years' experience in supporting, implementing, and maintaining integrated applications required
- 5 or more years' experience troubleshooting standard applications and architectures required
- Ability to travel domestically 5 to 15% required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expertise in at least one of the following IFS areas: Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Projects, Human Capital Management, Asset and Service Management
- Understanding of IFS Solutions Manager functionality and profiles setup
- Familiarity with ERP implementation processes and support best practices
- Proficient in applying ITILv3 good practices such as Incident Management and Change Management
- Strong analytical skills for assessing and resolving system problems
