What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead email/phone client communications under the direction of a Senior Paralegal/Attorney
- Provide guidance to assignees on proprietary systems and case processing
- Manage status of all filed applications and petitions
- Conduct research on companies, industries, and processing procedures
- Initiate contact with government agencies to obtain necessary information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree; 1-year law-related experience under a licensed attorney; or PL certificate from ABA approved program
- 2+ years of U.S. corporate immigration experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors
- Superior client service skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of MS Office and proprietary software
