      About this role

      The Implementation Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting new Transcarent clients by partnering with our implementation team by scheduling meetings, taking calls, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

      What you'll do

      • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the implementation team.
      • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
      • Assist in the preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
      • Maintain and update calendars, ensuring all appointments are accurately recorded.
      • Provide administrative support to the implementation team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
      • Communicate with healthcare professionals, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
      • Assist in the coordination of project timelines and deliverables.
      • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.
      • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

      What we're looking for

      • High school diploma or equivalent;
      • 1-2 years of healthcare experience as an Administrative Assistant.
      • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and other relevant software. Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, SharePoint, and Asana are a plus.
      • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Familiarity with healthcare systems and medical terminology is preferred.
      • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

      As a remote, contract position, the hourly range for this role is:

      $23.00 - $25.00/hour

      Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.

      Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.

      Location

      You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location, but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.
