      Current Need

      CoverMyMeds Pharmacy division has an opportunity for a Sr. Associate Implementation Analyst the Atlanta, GA North Druid Hills office.

      Job Description

      CoverMyMeds Pharmacy is looking for an experienced Implementation Analyst to join the Implementations team. The CoverMyMeds Pharmacy Implementations Team supports the overall business strategy and advances the quality of healthcare by implementing innovative solutions with superior customer focus. This position will be responsible for configuration and process documentation adherence across multiple products and platforms.

      Responsibilities

      • Configure and implement client and business partners for contracted services

      • Modify configurations as requested by clients and business partners’ requests

      • Document all configuration and implementation processes used to support contracted services

      • Provide Tier 2 support for customer issues

      • Coordinate customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including associated documentation and sign offs / approvals from business partners

      • Facilitate ad hoc requests as needed (i.e. data requests)

      • Assist in research of technical issues and provide follow through on resolution of issues with contracted services

      • Interprets internal and/or external business rules and issues and recommends best practices

      • Follow all standard operating procedures and processes in order to deliver a world-class customer service experience for internal and external customers

      Minimum Requirements

      Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years relevant experience


      Critical Skills

      • 3+ years technical implementation or support of information systems

      • 3+ years of healthcare industry experience

      • Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

      • Strong time management and organizational skills

      • Strong Communication skills (both written and oral) and a proven ability to effectively work closely with other team members and other business units required

      • General technical proficiency (MS Windows, Word, Excel, IE, etc.)


      Additional Knowledge & Skills Preferred

      • Excellent Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

      • Self-starter with a drive to continuously improve processes and remove inefficiencies

      • Strong oral, written and presentation capabilities, with an ability to articulate complex technical information clearly

      • Passion for helping clients and employees achieve their goals

      • Adept at analyzing and using data to solve complex problems

      • Working knowledge of NCPDP telecommunication standard

      • Able to maintain high quality service delivery and documentation


      Education

      Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Computer Science, Certified Pharmacy Technician or equivalent experience

      As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at CoverMyMeds. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

      Our Base Pay Range for this position

      $25.49 - $42.49
