      Position title: Implementation Analyst (I)
      Location: Belgrade, Serbia (hybrid)
      Grade: 08

      Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

      -Entry: As an entry level professional, you will be called on to develop knowledge of basic principles, theories and concepts of professional field and also develop information gathering, research and analysis skills.

      -The Business Ops Analyst (I) acts as a critical liaison between Sales Representatives and the Implementation Team for a given Region. Under minimal supervision, they receive, review, and process hardware, software, and service orders for new and existing NCR customers. Their attention to detail and strict adherence to established processes ensures a successful transaction for all parties involved.

      -The Business Ops Analyst (I) requires a firm understanding of the order flow process including, but not limited to, quote, order, purchase, fulfill, bill, and credit functions. This role is regularly exposed to Confidential, Restricted, Consumer Regulated, and Consumer Sensitive Data and is expected to adhere to NCR established usage guidelines for such.

      -In the fast-moving technology environment, the ability to adapt to change and quickly implement newly deployed solutions is paramount and a requirement in this role. Although assigned to a specific Region, this team member will also be required to perform duties (virtually) in other parts of the country as needed.

      Basic Qualifications

      -High School Diploma or equivalency

      -Experience with MS Office tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word

      -Excellent Communication Skills; Ability to effectively communicate and present

      -Excellent Organizational and Multitasking Skills

      Preferred Qualifications

      -Bachelor’s Degree

      -1-3 Years’ Experience in Operations Role

      -Experience in the Hospitality Industry with NCR Aloha Point Of Sale

      -Experience with NetSuite ERP
