What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and lead multiple client implementations concurrently, ensuring effective communication and status reporting
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, both onsite and virtually, with potential travel up to 30%
- Configure the DealCloud platform based on client requirements gathered during sessions
- Analyze client legacy data sets to understand their impact on system design
- Provide consultative system design and best practice recommendations to clients throughout the implementation process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in software implementation delivery or professional services
- Understanding of basic database design and structure
- Background or interest in private equity and investment banking front office business operations
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Comfort with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with basic Excel functions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Broad understanding of private capital and/or investment banking markets
- Ability to provide entry-level consultative skills
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- General CRM knowledge
