- Own and manage the end-to-end implementation process for Sabre Direct Pay customers, ensuring timely and successful activations.
- Act as a strategic partner, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline implementations and remove roadblocks.
- Lead complex, high-value customer implementations, providing guidance and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Identify opportunities for customization and work closely with product teams to enhance solutions that meet customer needs.
- Provide training and onboarding support, ensuring customers fully leverage Sabre Direct Pay and its reporting capabilities.
- Oversee initial transactions to validate successful activation and support seamless adoption.
- Occasionally manage second-level support inquiries, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and response times optimized.
- Drive process improvements to enhance implementation efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of payments, ideally with experience in travel payments or fintech.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving business value.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing competing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with the travel industry and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) dynamics.
- Experience working with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), leisure agencies, or corporate travel management companies.
- Knowledge of payments operations, including KYB (Know Your Business), customer success, and implementation best practices.
- Prior experience in supporting the Greater China market.
