What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult and train higher ed instructors on Macmillan Learning digital products to ensure course goals are met
- Analyze and diagnose technical issues with digital platforms, recommending and implementing solutions
- Respond to instructor inquiries regarding content and provide timely, professional assistance
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote learning success and foster relationships with instructors
- Provide feedback on software enhancements and content development based on customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Detail-oriented with experience in software support (selling, training, support escalations)
- Previous experience as a teacher, tutor, or TA in social sciences or STEM discipline
- Proficiency in standard office software, including email, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Google Apps
- Previous experience incorporating digital education materials into higher ed classrooms
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, Moodle, or Sakai
- Customer service experience, including conflict de-escalation and resolution
