What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a positive experience
- Coordinate meetings and communication regarding the implementation process and milestones
- Prepare for and lead on-site visits or virtual conference calls with clients
- Translate client requirements into MedOne templates and maintain thorough documentation
- Monitor claims activity and assist with problem resolution post-implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the healthcare-related industry, preferably in PBM
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with a basic understanding of Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing clarity and responsiveness
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience in a Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) environment
- 3 years of implementation experience working with internal and external parties
- 2 years of backend working knowledge of Dynamics 365
