What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients with application configuration based on user needs and industry standards
- Perform project management tasks throughout the implementation process
- Train administrative and end users on the application
- Collaborate with clients to determine business and clinical requirements for successful implementation
- Review, execute, and troubleshoot project processes and procedures
- Identify and address client-associated risks during the project life cycle
- Manage application scope of work and scheduling
- Assist clients in directing resources and efforts to achieve project goals
- Address and resolve client's application issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare industry, ASC industry preferred
- Experience with SAAS software implementations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivational and teaching abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
- Quick learner with the ability to apply new concepts
- Minimum of 40Mbps internet download speed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ASC clinical and billing practices
- Knowledge of perioperative regulatory compliance and best practice recommendations
