What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver technical implementation support to new and existing customers, ensuring a seamless experience
- Coordinate with internal teams to monitor project plans and drive timelines and deliverables
- Act as an expert advisor on Turnitin products and assist customers with complex problems
- Facilitate communication between customers and technical teams regarding updates and improvements
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to enhance customer engagement and prevent churn

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in educational technology or related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities
- Proven capability in managing high-level relationships within educational institutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Willingness to travel for on-site client visits or conferences as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Higher Education market
- Familiarity with third-party integrations
- Prior experience with Turnitin products such as ExamSoft and Feedback Studio
- Background as an instructional technology specialist or similar role
