- Oversee multiple regulatory implementation projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution utilizing standard project management artifacts such as project charters and timelines.
- Provide technical oversight for client projects to ensure efficiency and adherence to project requirements and timelines.
- Develop and manage all key project governance documents, including the Project Charter, Project Plan, Change Logs, and Risk Mitigation Strategy.
- Manage technical application-level implementation tasks (e.g. user, dashboard, program creation and MIPS submission).
- Achieve expert-level knowledge of the functionality and configuration of assigned products / platforms.
- Act as the subject matter expert in delivering regulatory measures, encompassing MIPS, HEDIS, and CMS STARS.
- Serve as a key liaison bridging the internal product teams and external stakeholders, communicating regulatory and subsequent product changes.
- Troubleshoot platform, regulatory and / or data issues and work with appropriate internal or external stakeholders on a resolution.
- Collaborate on developing, implementing, and enhancing the customer onboarding and implementation process and associated documentation.
- Foster a team-first attitude, and a collaborative environment where everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure successful project completion.
- Manage data validation process to ensure the quality of deliverables and works with data engineers to develop and track work products utilizing appropriate HIPAA compliant tools.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to management and stakeholders regarding project status, risk, and schedule.
- Expertise in project management (agile and predictive / waterfall) with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven success working in a complex environment requiring critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Track record of successfully driving cross-team projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to critically and independently think through business problems; identify goals, dependencies, and gaps; and efficiently facilitate the execution of tasks through to completion.
- 2+ years' experience in a technology or technology related field, including experience configuring SaaS or other technical products.
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited higher education institution or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, and / or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner.
- Proficient in project management software solutions, including Azure DevOps (ADO) and / or Smartsheet.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, clinically or administratively.
- Knowledge and / or experience working with Regulatory Measures and Programs (e.g. MIPS / MSSP, HEDIS, Stars)
- Knowledge and / or experience working with Registries (e.g. American Heart Association, American College of Cardiology, Society of Thoracic Surgeons)

Your role will be pivotal in enabling our clients to monitor their performance and enhance patient care outcomes.
