      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Set up and maintain customer accounts, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations
      - Collaborate with internal departments and customers to address account setup requirements
      - Troubleshoot setup errors and develop solutions to enhance processes
      - Meet expected service level agreements (SLAs) while managing assigned cases to completion
      - Provide superior customer service to both internal and external clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of related experience preferred
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
      - Familiarity with HireRight systems is desirable
      - Ability to work through moderately complex problems with occasional guidance
      - Good knowledge and experience in standardized rules and procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with background screening or workforce solutions
      - Specialized skills in administrative or technical fields
      - Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis
      - Demonstrated ability to lead small projects or initiatives
