What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholder teams to define and document current business processes and performance metrics
- Provide subject matter expertise to cross-functional teams and key client stakeholders
- Evaluate existing systems and tools to define requirements for enhancements
- Utilize data analytics and business analysis techniques to recommend process improvements
- Lead the implementation phases of software solutions, including design, testing, and training

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field plus 6 years of relevant experience
- 6+ years of professional software business analyst or project controls experience
- Proven experience in leading PMIS implementations of Kahua and/or Trimble Unity Construct
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Visio and MS Project
- Ability to travel 10%-25% as required

- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strong technical aptitude
