What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the onboarding process for new commercial and channel partner clients to ensure smooth implementation of products and services
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for client implementations
- Customize and configure products to meet specific client needs, ensuring thorough testing before deployment
- Provide training sessions and ongoing support to clients during and after the implementation phase
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing implementation roles and/or project management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data analysis and interpreting results to drive data-driven conclusions
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong group facilitation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients effectively while prioritizing high-value clients
