What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot and manage ITA tickets for assigned implementation clients
- Provide timely updates on project deliverables and conduct necessary training
- Complete initial and ongoing product configuration and deploy updates
- Gather requirements for project deliverables and conduct testing/deployment
- Facilitate smooth client transitions from Implementations to Support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare IT industry, RCM, or healthcare billing
- Basic-to-Intermediate knowledge of SQL, database environments, and code troubleshooting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of healthcare/billing processing operations
- Proven ability to research and resolve complex technical issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BS/BA in Healthcare or Computer/IT related degree
- Knowledge of ImagineSoftware suite of products
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work with internal groups and external users
- Must be a self-starter
