What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the customer service liaison between the employer and customers

- Review commercial invoices and documentation for compliance
- Coordinate shipping details and maintain communication with customers and vendors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma with a preferred minimum of 2 years of industry experience
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, establish priorities, and work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in the logistics or international trade industry
- Additional language proficiency in Spanish, French, or Mandarin
- Experience with customs brokerage and clearance of goods
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management
