      NVIDIA is looking to hire a Global Trade Compliance Analyst to join our U.S. Export team. Responsibilities include applying U.S. Export regulations to assist our overall trade compliance function. Specific functions will include supporting the export function with screening resolution, Military End-Use due diligence, ECCN determination.

      What you will be doing:

      • Support the SAP and GTS systems transactions, including licensing management.

      • Support the products classification of NVIDIA parts for both HTS and ECCN.

      • Work with team to understand and improve diligence process and tools related to restrictions on military end use and military end users.

      • Conduct Denied Party Screening

      • Support and audit AES filings and U.S. export documentation.

      • Engage with Corp Ship/receiving, regional Trade Compliance teams, WW Logistics, Engineering and Sales/Marketing teams, external customers to support export processes.

      • Review international requests and approve manual shipping documents to meet compliance with local regulations from the point of departure.

      • Help manage record keeping processes in compliance with Part 762

      What we need to see:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

      • 5+ years of export experience in a high-tech environment

      • Strong knowledge of SAP/Global Trade System (GTS) solutions compliance management.

      • In-depth working knowledge of U.S. export compliance processes, policies and controls including CFR 15, (EAR), US CCL.

      • Familiar with HTSUS, Schedule B and US CFR 19

      • Background with Incoterm 2020, CCL categories 3, 4 and 5 and technology transfers, a plus

      • Fast learner with strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability to identify and eliminate compliance risk and exposure.

      • Ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment to execute the day-to-day activities and independently with minimal supervision with strong communication (verbal and written) and time management skills.

      • Ability to work cross functionally with Legal, Sales, Operations, Logistics, Traffic, Engineering, Tax/Finance, and IT departments to achieve our business and compliance objectives.

      The base salary range is $84,000 - $138,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
