      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support for the Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS) and assist users with accurate data entry
      - Communicate daily with Child Welfare and system development personnel to resolve software-related issues
      - Manage software security tasks, including creating and maintaining user profiles and passwords
      - Deliver software support to internal and external clients via various communication channels
      - Adhere to the software development lifecycle, documenting business needs analysis, system analysis, and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associates Degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
      - Minimum of 3 years working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook 365, Word, and Excel)
      - At least 5 years of prior customer service experience
      - Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems
      - Proven ability to identify and resolve problems using research techniques

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Genesys phone systems
      - Experience with the Salesforce platform
      - Software testing experience
      - Experience providing first and second-tier help desk support
      - Familiarity with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Service Management tools
